Nuoc Mam Cham - Viet Dip Sauce

Ingredients

Fish sauce
2.5tbsp
Limes
1.5 fruits
Garlic
2 cloves
Chilli
1 piece

Instructions

  • Add the water and sugar. Heat up in microwave and stir.
  • Drop the microwave and add the fish sauce and lime juice.
  • Slice garlic and chili, add them and taste check
  • Adjust to your taste

Adjusting to taste

If not salty or too bland - add more fish sauce
If too much fish sauce - add sugar, water, lime
Not enough tang - more lime juice
Too much tang - more sugar
Too strong - add water to dilute
Taste close but not there - wait
