Fish sauce | 2.5tbsp |
Limes | 1.5 fruits |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Chilli | 1 piece |
Instructions
- Add the water and sugar. Heat up in microwave and stir.
- Drop the microwave and add the fish sauce and lime juice.
- Slice garlic and chili, add them and taste check
- Adjust to your taste
Adjusting to taste
If not salty or too bland - add more fish sauce
If too much fish sauce - add sugar, water, lime
Not enough tang - more lime juice
Too much tang - more sugar
Too strong - add water to dilute
Taste close but not there - wait
